Sylvia (Hawes) Dubois, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Morgan Health Center of Johnston on April 9th, 2019. A daughter of the late Gertrude Hawes. She was the beloved wife of the late Arnold J. Dubois. She was the dear, loving mother of two sons, Arnold Dubois of Lincoln and Russell Dubois of Florida and her daughter, Cheryl Armagadian of Florida She is also survived by one sister, Priscilla Duffy of Barrington along with five grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Sylvia was predeceased by her two daughters, Betty Campos and Sylvia Dubois and one brother Donald Hawes.

Sylvia raised five children and was a loving and dedicated mother, she enjoyed her family and the time they spent together. She loved to cook her famous “American Chop Suey” that we all loved so much. She was a proud grandmother and enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything else. She had a wonderful personality, she was outgoing and fun loving, in her spare time, she loved to play cards, Gin was her favorite and she loved BINGO even more, probably because she won all the time. She loved to do arts and crafts with her friends and was a dedicated fan of “Days of Our Lives” and “The Ellen Show”.

Services for Sylvia, to which family and friends are respectfully invited to attend will be held Saturday, from 4-6pm in the Berarducci Funeral Home,185 Spring St Woonsocket RI 02895 with a reception in her memory immediately following at the Howard Roger's Post 25, 25 MaCallum Ave
